1. Guest House booking format may be downloaded from the website (link given below) and scanned hard copy of the Applicant may be submitted through email in the official email id of General Section [cugeneralsection@caluniv.ac.in].
2. After getting the confirmation mail from this section the Applicant can pay through the SBI Collect Portal. SBI Collect > Educational Institutions > Calcutta Universityonline payment > 9012003 - Guest House booking
3. After payment, screenshot to be attached with a mail to General Section.
4. Final Confirmation letter will be conveyed to the Applicant through Hard Copy as well as soft copy.
